Responsibilities
  • Rotational Assignments: Engage in diverse and challenging projects across different departments, including but not limited to refining, quality control, environmental sustainability, and process optimization.
  • Learning and Development: Participate in structured training programs and workshops designed to enhance technical skills, industry knowledge, and professional development.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, systems, and technologies.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to stay informed and contribute fresh perspectives to the team.
  • Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation related to project outcomes, findings, and recommendations.

Qualifications
  • Recent graduates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in disciplines such as Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
